Making a Legacy

Page looks impressed with the oWo newcomer, however her thoughts are broken as the door swings open and in walks the oWo Champion CJ Dreamer.

Dreamer is dressed in street clothes but has the oWo Championship belt in his grasp.

Amy Page: “CJ, what can I do for you?”

Dreamer takes a few seconds to watch the celebrations on the TV of Victor Holland, looking impressed himself before answering.

CJ Dreamer: “I am here tonight Amy to ask a favour from you…”

Amy Page: “I’m listening…..”

CJ Dreamer: “I’ve seen the news on twitter this week that you are going to be confirming the date and location for the Last Stand 2019 iPPV tonight?”

Amy Page: “That’s right, I signed the contract only a few hours ago. We are heading back to Las Vegas on the 8th of September!”

Dreamer nods, as if Page was confirming what he already knew.

CJ Dreamer: “I heard the rumours, and I really can’t put into words how much it means to me to be heading back to my hometown for the next iPPV!”

Amy Page: “I know it means a lot to you, you have been on a big journey over the last few years. It’s going to be an amazing moment if you can walk into your hometown as the oWo Champion….”

CJ Dreamer: “I’m glad you understand where I am coming from, but just walking into my hometown as the champion isn’t enough. I need to have not just the match of the night either, I need to have the match of the year if not the match of all time come 8th of September!”

Page looks a little confused.

Amy Page: “What have you got in mind?”

CJ Dreamer: “What I need is for you to go out there and find someone that is going to push me to my limits. I need you to bring in whoever is the best wrestler other than me on the planet right now. I need something more than Morales in a re-match. Let’s face it, we both know he can’t cut it at my level.”

Page looks awkwardly at the champion.

Amy Page: “Well I had Morales in my office earlier this evening. Between him and Leon Ventura they are the two superstars at the top of the rankings list at the moment based on their runs with the Tag Team and Internet Championships. I have booked them against each other in a #1 contenders match next week. I am sure who ever wins will give you a great match!”

Dreamer looks disappointed as he quickly shakes his head and begins to leave.

CJ Dreamer: “Amy, I stuck with you after Superbrawl when nearly every other top star you had walked out on you. I know you can do better than that for me. I will leave it with you.”

CJ Dreamer disappears out of the office leaving Amy Page deep in thought.

Emily Shaw: “All I can say is that bitch was lucky that the referee’s ran down when they did or it would have been the last she would have been seen in the oWo. As far as I am concerned she made a mistake by trying to make her name off of my rep when she showed up here in the oWo and I taught her a lesson. I showed the world there is nothing hot about Holly Knight. I’m not wasting my time on that bitch any longer because I want my rematch against Jupiter Ja…..”

Now the ink isn’t even dry on the oWo contract that I signed earlier this evening with Amy Page but I know that things move quickly here in the oWo. That is why I wanted to address my future opponents and throw out an open challenge to anyone on the oWo roster to be my first opponent. I don’t care if it’s the champion or someone in their first ever match, I am here to dominate the oWo and I will go through everyone in the roster…. Who is going to be first?”

Hawkins gives Katie Smith the look for a few seconds as if she could be the first victim of the newcomer, before slowly turning and walking away leaving a relieved Katie Smith behind.
