Neil Road Recreation Center, Las Vegas, Nevada
2nd March 2014

The fans in the sold out arena are on their feet as Aloe Blacc’s hit ‘The Man’ hits the sound system and the video package for oWo Collision Course begins to play on the giant screen! As the music blasts out around the arena the fans hold there signs up high in the air to try and get them seen on the live internet broadcast whilst eagerly awaiting the start of the show.

Laying down the Challenge

Boos kick off the second oWo iPPV as ‘Do I Wanna Know’ by the Artic Monkeys hits the sound system and the Empire slowly step out onto the top of the entrance ramp! Sam Churchill, Harry Black and Ddraig Gogh don’t look too impressed as they slowly make their way down the entrance ramp ignoring the fans as they do. The Empire roll into the ring and Sam Churchill quickly grabs a microphone from ringside.
Sam Churchill: ‘You might notice that myself and Harry are out here tonight without the oWo Tag Team Championship belts…’

There is a big cheer from the crowd as highlights of the Dubliners defeating the Empire last week on CyberSlam for the Tag Team Championship belts are shown on the giant screen.

Sam Churchill: ‘Now for any of you that watched CyberSlam last week you will know that there is one reason that we are no longer the champions, and that one reason has a name…’

The sold out crowd in the arena begin to chant for James Mendoza, which annoys the Empire even more. Churchill tries to calm down Black and Gogh before he readdresses the fans.

Sam Churchill: ‘That’s right, you idiots were watching.’

There are loud boos from the crowd in the direction of Sam Churchill.

Sam Churchill: ‘Now we will be getting our oWo Tag Team Championship belt’s back, but before we do we will be teaching Mr Mendoza a lesson. How about you get out here NOW!’

The crowd continue to boo loudly for Sam Churchill but suddenly James Mendoza’s new music hits as ‘Dirty Deeds’ by AC/DC blasts over the sound system and the man himself steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp! The crowd pop for Mendoza as he raises his arms in the air whilst the Empire look ready to rip his head off down in the ring.

Sam Churchill: ‘Mendoza. Get yourself down this entrance ramp and get in the ring. We want to have some words with you sir!’

Mendoza slowly lowers his hoody down so that the fans can see his smirking face.

James Mendoza: ‘I already beat you two weeks ago on CyberSlam Churchill. What makes you think I am going to bother with you tonight? I am moving on to bigger and better things!’

There is another big cheer from the crowd, as in the ring Churchill seems to have to hold back Harry Black and Ddraig Goch who seem to want to march up the ramp to get to Mendoza.

Sam Churchill: ‘You cost us those belts Mendoza. We want our revenge!’

James Mendoza: ‘I’ll tell you what Churchill. You leave those two goons away and you got it, me and you one on one later tonight!’

Goch and Black again look ready to get at Mendoza, but Churchill holds them back.

Sam Churchill: ‘You sir, have a deal!’

Goch and Black look at their leader in disbelief as Mendoza raises his arm in the air to get another cheer from the crowd before turning and making his way backstage. Mendoza vs. Churchill will take place later tonight!

GETTING THE JOB DONE

The cameras cut to the backstage area where the number one contender to the oWo World Heavyweight Championship belt, CJ Dreamer, is standing by with pretty interviewer Charlotte Jason who has a microphone in her hand. Jason smiles into the camera whilst CJ Dreamer looks focused on the task ahead.

Charlotte Jason: ‘Ladies and gentlemen I am standing by right now with CJ Dreamer, the man that will tonight attempt to defeat the undefeated Scott Washington in tonight’s main event and become only the second man to hold the oWo World Heavyweight Championship belt. CJ Dreamer, Washington got the better of you last time we were on iPPV when he defeated you in the main event of Uprising. Can you be the one who picks up the victory tonight?’

Dreamer takes a few seconds to answer the question, as the cheers from his fans in attendance tonight can be heard from the ringside area.

CJ Dreamer: ‘Let me tell you one thing Charlotte, if I didn’t think that I could get the job done then I wouldn’t be here tonight! Scott Washington might be undefeated but undefeated streaks don’t last for ever and the time is nearly up on Scott’s.’

Charlotte Jason: ‘Well Scott Washington has threatened to walk away from the oWo after tonight if Amy Page doesn’t adhere to his demands and take oWo onto a bigger stage. Do you feel the pressure to win the belt and make sure that we don’t lose our World Heavyweight Championship belt?’

Dreamer slowly nods, showing the feeling of pressure that he has on his face.

CJ Dreamer: ‘I feel the pressure and I’m not afraid to admit that. However the pressure I feel isn’t from the rest of the oWo, it’s from myself. I won’t rest until I capture that oWo World Heavyweight Championship belt. Become the champion is all that drives me right now, and not even Scott Washington can stand in my way!’

Dreamer stares into the camera as if sending a message to Scott Washington as the interview comes to an end and the camera fades back to ringside.

Amy Page: ‘No problem Katie, I am sure it won’t take too long…’

Page takes a glance at her watch, a clear sign to the interviewer from the boss to wrap things up quickly. Katie Smith looks a little surprised by Amy Page who is usually happy to give up as much time as needed as she gets on with the first question.

Katie Smith: ‘So far it’s been a fantastic night for the oWo with another great PPV and more matches yet to come. One of those matches is of course the massive oWo World Heavyweight Championship match between the champion Scott Washington and the challenger CJ Dreamer. Are you rooting for CJ Dreamer to win this match considering that Washington has threatened to walk away from the oWo with the belt after tonight?’

Amy Page: ‘As the oWo Owner I am of course impartial to the outcome.’

Smith looks a little surprised at the answer from Amy Page.

Katie Smith: ‘Are you confident that the oWo World Heavyweight Championship belt will be still in the oWo after tonight?’

Amy Page: ‘I’m sure that the right thing will be done tonight. Now if you don’t mind Katie I have to wrap this up now.’
