oWo Locked & Loaded 2019 Preview

2 min read

This Sunday’s oWo iPPV looks set to be one of the most interesting events in the history of the federation, especially as it is the first oWo event since the official announcement that they would have some big competition soon in the form of AAW!

In the main event of the night CJ Dreamer is set to defend his oWo Championship belt against former sVo International Champion Johnny All Star. All Star is one of the best wrestlers in the history of the sVo to have never won the sVo Championship and looks highly motivated heading into this Sunday to finally win his first World Championship. As for Dreamer, it seems currently like the oWo legend is clinging onto his legacy and it seemed like he was all ready to walk away from the oWo only a few months ago until the challenge of All Star emerged.

The oWo Women’s Championship is also on the line as Jupiter James defends her gold against Violet Hawkins, one of the most dangerous fighters on the roster. Jupiter James has been a dominating champion since winning the triple threat main event against Emily Shaw and Lucy Von Drake to capture the belt for the first time. However Hawkins can win a match from anywhere with her impressive submission moves and from recent events may have the difference maker of Holly Knight in her corner.

Another big title match set for the event is The Union defending their belts against new contenders in the form of the Rebellion. The Rebellion had everyone guessing when they first appeared and spent weeks attacking oWo Tag Teams from behind masks. However since then have defeated everyone in the oWo apart from the Union! With Sara Young plotting and scheming, the Rebellion are looking to get gold for the first time whilst the Union look to mark themselves into history by keeping hold of the belts.

In another action Victor Holland is looking to gain revenge over newcomer Teddy Rush who attacked him from behind a few weeks ago whilst Angelo Anderson look to settle the score after both scoring recent victories over each other!

For all this and more, make sure to tune into oWo Locked & Loaded 2019 this Sunday to see what the oWo will pull out of the bag to counter the new challenge of the upcoming AAW events!
